Attachment Description
This role is responsible for driving sales growth while also ensuring the sales team is well-equipped with product knowledge and selling skills, involves both direct sales activities and developing and delivering training programs.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Developing and implementing sales strategies.
2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
3. Managing and motivating the sales team.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and distributors.
5. Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports. 6. Developing and delivering training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
7. Creating training materials and resources.
8. Assessing training needs and identifying gaps in knowledge and skills.
9. Providing ongoing coaching and support to the sales team.
10. Ensuring consistent brand messaging and service standards.
