Job Description:

  • Drive sales and distribution of fixed income securities, structured products and mutual funds across the Company's ASEAN offices
  • Build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with diverse client segments, including retail, high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and Prime Brokerage clients.
  • Serve as the primary distribution point for the Company's Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, ensuring seamless execution of primary bond deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal Risk team to facilitate the onboarding of counterparties for Fixed Income and Structured Products.
  • Provide proactive market insights, trade ideas, and product advisory to clients, enhancing their portfolio strategies.

The responsibility of this role includes:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in fixed income and structured product markets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and product innovations to offer clients timely and relevant advice.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including DCM, Risk, Middle Office and Operations to ensure smooth execution of trades and operational efficiency.

Qualification requirement:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and trading roles.
  • A deep understanding of fixed income securities, equity-based derivatives, and structured products. Familiarity with mutual funds is an added advantage.
  • Proven expertise in product advisory and distribution, with a successful track record in highly competitive environments.
  • Strong technical proficiency in financial products and markets, including experience in executing primary and secondary market transactions.
  • Exceptional sales and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage relationships across all client tiers and internal stakeholders.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to client-centric solutions and achieving revenue targets.
