You will be a key member of a dynamic team, responsible for expanding the company's Asian footprint with a focus on engaging institutional clients for the firm's execution-to-custody capabilities and product suite.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients
- Originate and deliver customised FX and structured product solutions, spanning vanilla FX, options, and tailored structures
- Partner closely with trading, structuring, and external issuer banks to design solutions aligned with client objectives
- Proactively generate ideas, trade concepts, and hedging strategies across FX and related asset classes
- Execute transactions efficiently, ensuring best execution, transparency, and high‑touch client service
- Expand wallet share and actively contribute to revenue growth across the FX and structured solutions platform
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of proven experience in FX Sales, Structured Products Sales, or Cross‑Asset Solutions within a bank or broker‑dealer
- Strong understanding of FX products, options, and structured payoffs
- Established institutional client relationships or demonstrable ability to build and grow a client book
- Commercial mindset with strong communication and client‑coverage skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment without heavy bureaucracy
- APAC market experience preferred
