Job Responsibilities
- Manage sales and marketing activities for both new and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Present, demonstrate, and promote company services and solutions to clients
- Ensure marketing and sales information at customer sites is updated and accurate
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions for projects
- Coordinate closely with Sales & Operations Support to ensure smooth service delivery
- Identify opportunities for business growth and propose improvement strategies
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn technical and sales skills
