About the Role
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to play a dual role in both team management and sales execution. This role involves supporting the Sales Director in coaching and guiding the team, while also driving new business development, managing customer relationships, and ensuring revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
Make outbound calls to prospect new leads and manage assigned accounts to achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Negotiate contract terms and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
Identify and assess market opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
Travel locally and internationally to meet clients and strengthen business relationships. - Team Leadership & Management
Assist the Sales Director with team management and coaching responsibilities.
Guide, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet targets.
Create and implement sales processes, policies, and best practices to support business objectives. - Market & Strategy Development
Gather and analyze customer and competitor data to inform business strategy.
Develop and report insights on market conditions, industry trends, and account potential.
Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or team lead roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the independence to troubleshoot and make decisions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long-term partnerships and customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel both locally and internationally as required.
