ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Supporter in Asia.
This position sits at the heart of the business, working closely with Sales, Structuring and Operations, ensuring an efficient and compliant execution of transactions.
YOURTASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support transaction execution by coordinating trade bookings, structured product processes, and post-trade activities, ensuring all operational steps are completed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and resolve issues across the trade lifecycle, proactively troubleshooting and coordinating with relevant teams to minimize delays or risks
- Support Sales teams in their day-to-day activities by managing requests, preparing client materials (presentations, reports, analytics), and ensuring timely follow-up on client-related matters
- Handle operational processes such as distribution fee processing and related system updates
- Ensure data integrity across systems by maintaining and updating client and transaction information, supporting both operational accuracy and reporting needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifyinginefficiencies, enhancing workflows, and supporting the implementation of newtools, systems, or regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to queries, and ensuring transparency and accuracy of client record
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or related roleswithin financial services
- Knowledge of structured products and/or derivatives is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Singapore, Hong Kong, or comparable regulatory frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) experience with CRM or onboarding systemsis a plus
- Fluency in English and Chinese(written & spoken) is essential due to Clientele supported
