Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Supporter in Asia.

This position sits at the heart of the business, working closely with Sales, Structuring and Operations, ensuring an efficient and compliant execution of transactions.

YOURTASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support transaction execution by coordinating trade bookings, structured product processes, and post-trade activities, ensuring all operational steps are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor and resolve issues across the trade lifecycle, proactively troubleshooting and coordinating with relevant teams to minimize delays or risks
  • Support Sales teams in their day-to-day activities by managing requests, preparing client materials (presentations, reports, analytics), and ensuring timely follow-up on client-related matters
  • Handle operational processes such as distribution fee processing and related system updates
  • Ensure data integrity across systems by maintaining and updating client and transaction information, supporting both operational accuracy and reporting needs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifyinginefficiencies, enhancing workflows, and supporting the implementation of newtools, systems, or regulatory requirements
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to queries, and ensuring transparency and accuracy of client record

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or related roleswithin financial services
  • Knowledge of structured products and/or derivatives is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with Singapore, Hong Kong, or comparable regulatory frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) experience with CRM or onboarding systemsis a plus
  • Fluency in English and Chinese(written & spoken) is essential due to Clientele supported
