What will you do

A day in the life of a Sales Admin & Support Executive looks a little like this.

You support the sales team by making sure orders, data, and day‑to‑day operations run smoothly. You'll manage sales orders from start to finish, keep systems accurate, and help the team stay on track with timelines and commitments. At the same time, you'll work across teams like Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to resolve issues and keep everything moving.

This role combines coordination, data handling, and analysis. You'll turn sales data into useful insights, support planning activities, and look for ways to improve how the sales function operates.

Sales Order Management

  • Process sales orders from initiation through to fulfillment
  • Track order progress and ensure timely updates across systems
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in order entry
  • Work with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to resolve order issues and delays

Data Management

  • Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency for reporting purposes
  • Support ongoing data clean‑up and system updates

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales reports, including performance tracking and order status
  • Analyze trends and highlight key insights to support decision‑making
  • Assist with sales forecasting and identifying areas for growth

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Organize sales meetings and manage team schedules
  • Prepare presentation materials and support sales proposals
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in current sales processes
  • Suggest and implement practical improvements
  • Support the rollout of tools or systems that improve team efficiency

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and other teams to support sales initiatives
  • Support cross‑functional projects tied to business and revenue goals
  • Ensure alignment across teams for smooth execution

Managing Timelines

  • Monitor key deadlines and track progress across tasks
  • Flag risks early and communicate any delays
  • Help keep projects on schedule through clear follow‑up and coordination
