Sales Support Specialist – Insurance

Client: Global Financial Institution

Work Location: Mapletree Business City (MBC)

Contract Duration: 12-months (6+6) – renewable!

Working Arrangements: Monday to Friday, 9AM – 6PM (Hybrid – 2 days WFH, 3 days Office)

About the Role

This role will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple distribution channels. This position involves managing adviser administration, policy assignments, and compliance exercises, while supporting projects and audits that strengthen business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee channel administration including adviser validation, licensing records, and policy assignments.
• Manage compliance exercises such as the annual Fit & Proper review, ensuring adherence to frameworks and reporting breaches.
• Deliver accurate reporting and streamline workflows to improve efficiency.
• Support audits and projects, including UAT and process enhancements.
• Handle adviser entitlements such as health benefits and professional indemnity coverage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across distribution channels, IT, and administration teams.

Qualifications:

• Degree qualification with at least 2 years of insurance industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders.
• Resourceful, independent, and capable of solving problems under pressure.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
