Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated in-house Sales Support Specialist to join our sales team at Singleron Biotechnologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct outreach and support of the sales team.

The key responsibilities include:

• Identify and prospect potential customers in the genomics and life sciences sectors

• Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to address customer requirements

• Prepare sales proposals and quotations

• Track market trends and provide competitive intelligence to the team

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Preferably with a background or knowledge in genomics, sequencing, or single-cell analysis

• Fluency in Korean and/or Japanese to support the sales team in liaising with regional clients and partners will be considered an added advantage.
