Job Summary

You will support sales personnel by coordinating with customers and processing orders to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers to gather accurate order details and respond to inquiries promptly
• Coordinate with sales personnel to relay customer information and confirm order requirements
• Enter and process customer orders accurately to maintain up-to-date sales records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely follow-up on orders and resolve any issues
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and order status for efficient tracking
