Sales Support Officer

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant experience.
• Resourceful individual and a good team player.
• Positive and willing to learn, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

Job Specifications:

• Support Marketing and Sales teams in all marketing and customer support activities.
• In charge of order processing from order entry until shipment.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time delivery.
• Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with import and export regulations.
• Attend to queries relating to shipping documents.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, enhancing existing customer relationship and handle customers complaints.
