We are following a hybrid work model with 3 days per week working from the office and 2 days per week working from home.

Its core competences are the development, production, distribution and servicing of diesel, gas and electric drivetrains for professional applications that is used in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, material handling equipment, stationary equipment, commercial vehicles, rail vehicles and other applications.
The Sales Support Executive supports SEA regional sales and commercial activities by ensuring accurate, timely, and structured handling of sales enquiries, pricing topics, and customer data. Working closely with Regional Management and dealer networks, this role contributes to operational excellence and transparency across the sales process in a technical B2B environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to sales enquiries from dealers and key accounts, acting as a primary commercial contact for product- and price-related topics, including the preparation of quotations for engines, service parts, and Xchange/Reman solutions
- Perform structured price analyses and coordinate pricing requests in line with established commercial frameworks and approval processes
- Maintain and manage sales opportunities, pipelines, and customer data within the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring consistency, transparency, and data accuracy
- Monitor and analyze sales performance by region, dealer, and product group to identify gaps, trends, and development opportunities
- Act as an interface between Sales and internal functions (e.g. SCM / Order Management) to monitor end-to-end order processing and support timely resolution of issues impacting customer satisfaction
- Support Regional Management in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of dealer business reviews, including data consolidation, analysis, and reporting
- Contribute to selected sales-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required
Your Profile
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
- Initial professional experience in sales support, commercial operations, or a B2B environment (internship or early career role)
- Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel, including working with structured datasets, pricing tables, and reports
- Experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or comparable platforms)
- High level of accuracy, reliability, and ownership in handling operational and recurring tasks
- Confident and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with dealers, internal stakeholders, and regional teams
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely within a cross-functional and cross-cultural setup
- Interest in technical or industrial products and structured sales environments
