Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to strengthen our sales operations within the fragrance business. This is a newly created role designed to support the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination of quotations, order tracking, internal follow-ups, and sales administration.
The role will work closely with the Business Development Team, providing essential commercial and operational support while gaining exposure to fragrance projects, customer requirements, and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Quotation Management
- Prepare, issue, and manage sales quotations accurately and promptly
- Maintain proper documentation for pricing, commercial terms, and quotation revisions
- Track quotation status and assist with customer follow-ups when required
Project & Internal Coordination
- Assist in following up fragrance development and customer projects with internal teams (R&D, fragrance, marketing)
- Liaise with the operations and supply chain teams to check order status, production schedules, and delivery timelines
- Support coordination related to incoterms, transportation arrangements, and shipping documentation
Sales Team Support
- Provide day-to-day sales coordination and administrative support to Business Development Team
- Assist in consolidating customer requirements, order details, and sales-related documentation
- Ensure timely internal follow-ups to support smooth execution of sales activities
Sales Administration & Reporting
- Maintain and update sales records, order trackers, and customer databases
- Tabulate and consolidate monthly sales results for sales reviews and meetings
- Assist in preparing basic sales summaries and reports
Meetings & Ad-hoc Responsibilities
- Take meeting minutes during sales meetings and circulate action items
- Handle ad-hoc sales and administrative tasks as required to support business operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent candidates with a background in sales, business, logistics, orsupply chain are preferred
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or a commercial-related role
- Basic understanding of incoterms, logistics, and transportation processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Salary Per Month: SGD 2,500. - 3,500., commensurate with experience.
