Sales Support Executive (Permanent)

Join a growing medical products company and play an important role in supporting sales operations, managing customer relationships and driving business growth!

What You'll Be Doing

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their operational needs.
Prepare sales performance reports, consolidate sales figures and provide regular updates to management.
Work closely with the Sales Team and internal departments to address customer requests and resolve operational issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and document sales activities.
Process sales orders accurately and provide day-to-day sales administrative support.
Prepare sales summaries and reports using Excel, including PivotTables.
Calculate promoter commissions based on sales performance and applicable guidelines.
Coordinate with retail outlets, support merchandising activities and maintain product displays when required.
Liaise with retailers, collect sales orders and ensure timely order processing.
