Job Overview

Maxus Global Pte Ltd was established in 2009 to do trading and online business in Watches, Eyewear, Leather Goods, Sporting Goods, Apparel, Bags, Jewelry and other Fashion category items. We also supply goods to Online portals and wholesalers in China, Korea, Japan and Middle East. Our Company can provide various products from Global brands direct through Brand owners as well as from Global brand distributors & Wholesalers.

As the business continues to expand and strengthen, the company is looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our Company.

Benefits:

Salary Range: SGD (Singapore Dollar) 3,500 - $4,000, depending on Experience.

Location: Henderson Industrial Estate, Singapore

Work Hours: 8.30 to 6 pm / 5 days a week on location.

Position is open to Singaporean and Singapore PR's only

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sales support function for our internationally based sales team, providing them with Multi brands offers across various Fashion Categories.
  • Directly Laison with our Globally based Suppliers for securing brand offers for country specific brand requirements.
  • Full order management from customers order placements to suppliers and up to payment instructions to finance team.
  • To liase with Supplier for the shipment status management
  • To work with the Sales team on their customers payments and delivery/forwarder details, once shipments are ready at various worldwide locations.
  • Follow up with sales team for shipment receipt at customers warehouse & to check for discrepancies, if any.
  • To liase with Supplier, Sales team in case of any discrepancies in shipments if any, and to sort out the settlement of the same with supplier and customer.
  • Provide details to accounts team to issue Credit / Debit Notes & to arrange for return of goods, if required.
  • Any other additional relevant jobs assigned by the management from time to time



Skillsets Required :

  • Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot), PowerPoint and Word
  • Able to work independently, multi-task, have a positive attitude and self-motivated.
  • Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work and meticulous with accuracy and efficiency
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central ERP will be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commerce and accounting background will be a definite advantage.
