Location: 10 minutes by bus from Tuas Crescent MRT station
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm (with multiple breaks)
Salary: Up to $4000 + Variable Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for marine parts and services with a strong focus on accuracy and turnaround time
- Manage end-to-end order processing, from order creation to delivery coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure smooth execution of service requests
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source required parts and support timely fulfilment
- Generate invoices and support billing processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate
- Assist in tracking order status and resolving any issues or delays proactively
- Handle ad-hoc operational tasks and support the Commercial team as needed
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar Sales Support / Coordination role
- Experience working in marine, shipping, or logistics-related industries is required
- Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP or similar systems
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
