Responsibilities:
- Handle order processing, quotations, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain proper documentation and timely updates of sales transactions.
- Provide customer support, resolve inquiries, and escalate issues when needed.
- Assist the sales team with reports, records, and vendor registrations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years experience in sales support, order processing, or related role preferred.
- Prior experience in the marine industry is an advantage
