The Sales Support Executive provides operational, administrative, and coordination support to the Key Account Manager (KAM). The role supports effective management of corporate and insurer accounts by ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, timely coordination with internal operations, and consistent service delivery, allowing the KAM to focus on strategic account management and business growth.
Account & Client Support
- Provide day-to-day sales and account support to the Key Account Manager for insurer and corporate clients
- Support onboarding of new clients and new benefit plans, including coordination of implementation timelines and required documentation
- Assist in preparing and maintaining account-related documents such as proposals, service agreements, benefit summaries, rate cards, and renewals
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Claims, Provider Relations, Underwriting, IT, and Finance to ensure timely execution of client requests
- Track implementation tasks, system setup, benefit configurations, and testing activities
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure readiness for go-live
Client Communication & Service Monitoring
- Support handling of routine client and insurer enquiries, including benefit clarifications, process-related questions, and service requests
- Assist in monitoring service performance, turnaround times (TAT), and SLA compliance
- Support escalation tracking and resolution follow-ups
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular account status updates, service performance reports, and operational summaries
- Maintain accurate client records, trackers, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Support data collation for renewals, repricing, and experience review exercises
Process & Business Support
- Assist in managing email correspondence and workflow coordination, including shared mailboxes where applicable
- Support implementation of new workflows, products, or service models
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency
Business Continuity
- Provide coverage and support during peak periods, renewals, and KAM absence
- Ensure continuity of account servicing and communication
