Job Description

Sales Support Executive (Sales Support / Order Processing)

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Sales Support Executive to support the end-to-end internal sales process, from quotation to order fulfilment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processing, accurate documentation, and timely delivery of services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Presales, Finance, Technology, and Operations to support the sales lifecycle
  • Process sales orders, quotations, credit notes, billing, and procurement of products/services
  • Liaise with provisioning team to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate processing of transactions
  • Provide post-sales and administrative support including project registration and reporting
  • Support Commercial team to ensure efficient deployment of orders
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide excellent service
  • Handle general administrative and customer care duties as required

Requirements

  • Diploma in Commerce, ICT, Computer Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Processing
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with good problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
