What You'll Be Doing (Your Impact):
Customer & Sales Support: Respond to customer inquiries, assist in preparing quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Order Management & Logistics: Coordinate order fulfilment, monitor shipment status, and liaise with logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery.
Administrative Coordination: Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, inventory, datasheets, certificates, and service documentation for smooth operations and audit readiness.
Supplier & Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing components, requesting quotations, and negotiating terms with suppliers to optimize cost and availability.
Project Coordination: Support sales and technical teams by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables.
Issue Resolution: Track and manage product returns or defective goods, working with teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
