Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns across in-person, phone, email, and social media channels, ensuring timely and professional service.
  • Coordinate repair and return requests, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Oversee e-commerce content and manage order processing to ensure accurate and prompt deliveries.
  • Create marketing and product materials, including brochures, online content, packaging, and promotional visuals, to strengthen brand presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer service, marketing, and operational efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience within consumer electronics.
  • Strong knowledge in gemstones, diamonds, or precision engineering industries.
  • Good communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work independently or within a team.
