Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents for clients
  • Source and monitor tender opportunities (e.g. GeBIZ)
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information for submissions
  • Follow up on sales enquiries and maintain good client relationships
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all submissions
  • Assist in cost estimation and pricing preparation
  • Support the sales team in daily coordination and administrative duties
  • Assist in contract documentation and project handover when required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support / coordination preferred
  • Candidates without experience but willing to learn are welcome
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in tendering or quotation preparation
  • Familiarity with GeBIZ system is an advantage
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
