Sales Support Engineer (Mechanical)

Responsibilities:
. Respond to client enquiries promptly and follow up on proposal status to support sales forecasting.
. Follow up with clients on the status of quotations submitted.
. Maintain accurate records of quotation activities in line with internal processes.
. Perform cost estimates, prepare quantity take-offs and related documentation.
. Review project or tender requirements and assist in the preparation and submission of proposals.
. Support in pricing verification and compilation of competitive quotations.
. Source and evaluate vendors, comparing quotations to ensure cost effectiveness.

Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
. Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
