Sales Support Engineer- Gaskets & Seals

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on orders, inquiries, and product information
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and related sales documents
• Maintain accurate records in the SAP system
• Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups
• Work closely with logistics and finance for smooth order processing and invoicing
• Monitor and report sales trends to support business decisions
• Deliver excellent customer service as a key point of contact

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent (mechanical knowledge is an advantage)
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales support or customer service in the gasket or seals industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in SAP (e.g., SAP B1), MS Office, and relevant tools
• Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
