KeyResponsibilities:
.Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
.Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery
.Handle customer enquiries, order updates, and issue resolution
.Support tender submissions and sales administration
.Maintain proper documentation and ERP/CRM records
Requirements:
.Min. 2 years experience in sales support / customer service (B2B)
.Proficient in Microsoft Office ERP/CRM experience preferred
.Strong communication and coordination skills
.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
