Title: Part-Time Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Woodland Office
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team at our Woodland office. In this key support role, you will assist with day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and solutions-focused-ready to provide essential administrative and operational support that helps our sales team meet their goals and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing sales orders, quotes, and customer communications
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and customer service teams
- Prepare sales documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update customer information
- Support inventory tracking and help ensure timely order fulfillment
- Provide administrative support for the sales team, including follow-ups and scheduling
- Help identify and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction or sales performance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Position Details:
- Part-Time: 2.5- 3 days per week
- Location: On-site at our Woodland office
