Main Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, updating records, and organizing sales reports.
Coordinating with customers on order details, delivery timelines, and product information to ensurea high-quality customer experience.
Handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, or chat and route them to the appropriate sales representatives.
Managing and processing purchase orders, invoices, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
Scheduling meetings, demos, and calls between sales team members and potential clients.
Maintaining and organising a digital filing system of contracts, client communication, and sales materials.
Collaborating with marketing, finance, and logistics teams including route planning to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns, pricing updates, and deliveries.
Assisting in preparing sales presentations, pitch decks, and product sheets for client meetings.
Monitoring stock levels or lead times, helping the team customer expectations and delivery timelines tasks.
Requirements:
You have a min O level or SPM qualification.
You have prior experience in a sales support or coordiation role ( no experience may consider)
You possess administrative, and problem solving skills
You have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
You are able to converse in chinese with clients
