Job Description & Requirements
- Issue new job orders (verifying capacity and material availability)
- Issue Delivery Orders & Invoices
- Prepare export documents (eg, packing list & marking) for export delivery.
- Generating materials purchase requisitions
- Updating and monitoring inventory status
- Arrange delivery with the service team, freight forwarder, and external transport company.
- Assisting the admin manager in daily administration matters
- Simple inventory management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks & able to adhere to company SOPs
- Able to carry out tasks professionally and keep to the delivery & service schedule
- Safety-conscious
- Candidate must possess at least an O Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of Accpac, Sage, preferably, but it's not necessary. Training will be provided.
- 5 working days: Mon-Fri 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
