The Sales Support / Assistant Relationship Manager supports merchant acquisition and partnerships growth at dtcpay by managing day-to-day relationships with merchants, payment partners, and regulated counterparties. The role ensures smooth onboarding, merchant activation, usage expansion, and long-term retention across dtcpay's cryptofiat payment and settlement solutions.
Work Arrangement: Fully On-site

What You'll Do:
1. Merchant & Partner Servicing
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned merchants and partners
- Handle merchant and partner requests related to accounts, transactions, settlements, and product usage
- Maintain accurate merchant records, deal notes, and activity tracking in CRM
- Coordinate account setup, onboarding milestones, and go-live readiness
- Support post-onboarding engagement to drive merchant activation, transaction volume, and product adoption
2. Onboarding & Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate collection and review of KYC/KYB documentation for merchants and partners
- Assist merchants in understanding payment flows, settlement cycles, and supported use cases
- Act as the liaison between merchants/partners and internal teams (Compliance, Risk, Operations)
- Address compliance-related queries and support ongoing monitoring requirements
- Ensure onboarding timelines are met while adhering to regulatory and risk standards
3. Transaction & Operational Support
- Support day-to-day merchant transactions, payments, and settlements
- Coordinate with Operations, Treasury, and Product teams to resolve transaction issues
- Monitor transaction status, settlement timelines, and cut-off times
- Proactively flag operational risks, delays, or recurring issues affecting merchants
What are we looking for:
- Language fluent proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) as you will need to deal with Chinese customers.
- 25 years in B2B fintech, payments, or banking environments.
- Direct exposure to one or more of: Payment service providers / Crypto exchanges, brokers, or OTC desks / Corporate treasury teams
- Strong attention to detail in onboarding processes, KYC/AML checks, and client documentation
- Ability to attend to client inquiries and respond accurately and promptly
- Experience working in compliance-heavy or regulated environments (e.g., MAS) is a plus point
- Organizational skills to track and follow up on pending tasks, approvals, or documents
- Clear communication skills for client interactions
