Job Description
Sales Support
. Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and timely manner.
. Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
. Liaise with suppliers and vendors for product information, pricing, and lead times.
. Support sales representatives with documentation, scheduling, and customer updates.
. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders in CRM or ERP system.
Order Processing & Administration
. Process purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery notes accurately.
. Track and update order status for internal teams and customers.
. Maintain filing and documentation for audits and compliance.
Customer Service
. Act as the first point of contact for customers on routine enquiries and order status.
. Provide after-sales support including warranty, service, and spare parts coordination.
. Address customer issues promptly, escalating to sales/management where necessary.
Administrative Support
. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
. Perform general office administration duties as required.
