Perform tender submissions, including but not limited to price, specifications, corporate profile, factory certificates, etc.
Liaise, coordinate, prepare and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare, manage and follow up on sales quotations
Maintain and update product price lists
Manage special pricing requests within NetSuite Data Entry
Process NetSuite Inventory Transfer Forms
Manage, respond and assist to sales and general enquiries
Provide administrative support, coordination and scheduling matters in relation to Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), Equipment setup, commissioning, post-sales activities, Device inspection request, etc.
Generate sales invoices
Perform any other duties assigned by Sales Manager (SM) and Product Manager (PM)
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Admin or equivalent
Experienced in tender submissions
Familiar with ERP system (Eg. NetSuite)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Detail-oriented, accurate, and methodical in handling pricing, tenders, quotations, and invoicing
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
