- Position : Sales Support Admin (PPE/Consumables/Medical supplies)
- Location : Near Yio Chu Kang MRT
- Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
- Salary : Up to $3500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Free meal
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Supplier of Laboratory Products
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and purchase orders
- Generate invoices, delivery orders, and ensure timely billing
- Track order status and coordinate delivery schedules with operations team
- Follow up on pending quotations and customer confirmations
- Act as point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Assist sales team in handling documentation and after-sales matters
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues in coordination with relevant departments
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Biomedical, Life Sciences or related field OR relevant industry experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Administration / Order Processing
- Exposure to laboratory, biotech, or medical consumables industry will be an advantage
