Company Overview

We provide a full range of cleaning services to commercial buildings, shopping malls, manufacturing facilities, and residential properties.

Job Summary

Support the Business Development team by managing administrative tasks, preparing documents, coordinating communications, and maintaining smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative support to the Business Development team to facilitate project progress and client engagement
  • Prepare accurate documents, quotations, and reports to support business proposals and decision-making
  • Coordinate communications with clients and internal teams to ensure timely information exchange and follow-up
  • Manage emails, invitations, and follow-ups to maintain professional and prompt correspondence
  • Execute general office and administrative duties to maintain organized and efficient work environments

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level qualification
  • Preferably able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Responsible and willing to learn
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
