Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Sales, Support & Admin Coordinator to support our sales operations and administrative processes. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales personnel, and technical staff while maintaining accurate documentation and records.

The successful candidate will manage customer enquiries, assist with sales transactions, maintain calibration documentation, and coordinate logistics related to customers instruments.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales & Customer Support

  • Answer customer calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Prepare and process enquiries, quotations, reminders, and sales orders.

  • Coordinate and schedule sales appointments for the Sales Executive or Sales Manager with customers.

  • Communicate re-calibration reminders to customers and support customer retention efforts.

Documentation & Data Entry

  • Type and key in calibration certificates after calibration is completed.

  • Maintain proper filing of job orders and work orders

Coordination & Operations

  • Act as the communication link between calibration officers and customers.

  • Forward technical enquiries to the appropriate technical personnel.

  • Coordinate incoming receiving, collection, and return of customers instruments, ensuring proper handling, packing, and care.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Able to work independently and follow established procedures.
