Your Daily Work revolves around:
Updating and maintaining Inventory Systems: Onboarding, uploading product details onto system, and ensuring product quantity are accurately captured in the system
Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient Sales cycle, including processing purchase/delivery orders, generating invoices, verifying stock levels or coordinating with the logistics team
Checking of invoices across all sales channels, providing timely reminders for respective sales channels for client payments
Assist with liason of import, export, and shipping works with overseas suppliers
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Min Diploma in related Business field
IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and meticulous in handling assigned tasks
