Job Description

Your Daily Work revolves around:

  • Updating and maintaining Inventory Systems: Onboarding, uploading product details onto system, and ensuring product quantity are accurately captured in the system

  • Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient Sales cycle, including processing purchase/delivery orders, generating invoices, verifying stock levels or coordinating with the logistics team

  • Checking of invoices across all sales channels, providing timely reminders for respective sales channels for client payments

  • Assist with liason of import, export, and shipping works with overseas suppliers

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in related Business field

  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and meticulous in handling assigned tasks
