Job Summary
Support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, handling customer enquiries, coordinating deliveries, services and assisting with sales quotations and product demonstrations to help drive sales and maintain smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales quotations and processing sales orders and confirmations accurately
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding spare parts and facilitate their purchase process
- Manage and update inventory records regularly to maintain accurate stock levels and assist with annual stock take activities
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally to support customer service and internal communication
- Coordinate courier services, freight forwarding, and local deliveries to ensure timely shipment of products
- Assist the sales team in conducting product demonstrations to customers to support sales efforts
- Participate in events and exhibitions as required to represent the company and support sales activities
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support team efficiency and operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to complete administrative and sales support tasks efficiently
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and support team goals
- Detail-oriented and well-organized to maintain accurate records and support smooth sales processes
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and collaborates effectively as a team player
- Possesses 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or administrative roles to contribute relevant skills and knowledge
- Willingness to undergo product training to gain necessary product knowledge for sales support
