SALES SUPERVISOR

Job Description:
Lead and supervise the sales team to promote the restaurant's catering services, special menus, and promotional packages. Monitor daily sales activities, set and track targets, and provide training to team members. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle key accounts, and resolve sales-related issues. Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns that increase revenue.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of F&B sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive team performance
• Good knowledge of F&B products and market trends
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
