Key Responsibilities
Supervise vegetable sales staff and daily sales activities
Ensure fresh stock display and proper rotation (FIFO: First In, First Out)
Monitor vegetable quality, freshness, and storage conditions
Set and track daily/weekly sales targets
Handle customer orders, complaints, and feedback
Coordinate with suppliers, farmers, or wholesalers for stock supply
Manage inventory and reduce wastage/spoilage
Train and guide sales assistants
Prepare daily sales reports for management
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the sales area
