Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to provide insight into sales performance and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-10 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in the SEA region.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
