We are seeking a results-driven and responsible Sales Supervisor to oversee our instalment-based jewellery sales operations.
This role combines frontline leadership, responsible instalment sales supervision, compliance oversight, and customer relationship management.
The successful candidate will lead a retail sales team while ensuring accurate explanation of instalment agreements and responsible sales practices.
Supervise and coach Retail Sales Executives to achieve monthly instalment and cash sales targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
Conduct sales briefings and training on product knowledge and instalment compliance.
Motivate team members through structured goal-setting and performance tracking.
Drive team revenue growth while maintaining ethical sales standards.
Oversee instalment application processes and ensure documentation accuracy.
Ensure customers clearly understand instalment tenure, repayment schedules, and contractual obligations.
Review and verify instalment submissions before approval processing.
Handle escalated cases relating to repayment issues or contractual clarification.
Work closely with Accounts Receivable team to monitor repayment trends and potential risks.
Promote responsible selling and affordability assessment practices.
Manage complex customer cases and escalations professionally.
Build long-term relationships with customers to drive retention and referrals.
Ensure service excellence standards are consistently upheld across the team.
Oversee responses to customer enquiries via walk-ins, social media, and digital platforms.
Ensure daily stock counts and inventory accuracy.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Coordinate with operations and fulfillment teams for smooth order processing.
Support live-stream sales initiatives where applicable.
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
At least 3-5 years of retail sales experience, with minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Experience in instalment-based, credit, or financing-related sales environment preferred.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Ability to manage sales targets and performance metrics.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Basic proficiency in retail systems and documentation processes.
