Propose and promote products to supermarkets (meat, deli, seafood, processing facilities) and foodservice establishments
Manage and grow existing client accounts, while developing new business opportunities
Monitor and manage team sales performance to achieve targets
Supervise, train, and develop team members to enhance productivity and service quality
Support the Branch Manager in both operational and strategic matters
Liaise with Japan headquarters and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
Represent the company at trade shows and deliver product presentations
Travel across ASEAN countries to expand regional business opportunities
Conduct market analysis, contribute to new product development, and evaluate performance outcomes
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in a seasoning or food manufacturing company
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Proficiency in Japanese (native level or JLPT N1 equivalent) is required to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and headquarters
Possession of a valid driver's license (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales to foodservice or supermarket clients

Prior experience in food preparation or culinary operations is preferred. Especially for product demonstration and client engagement.
