Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and coach sales representatives to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Operational Oversight: Coordinate staff schedules, manage inventory/stock, and oversee in-store merchandising to maximize sales.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and assist in closing complex sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications
