Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and coach sales representatives to meet or exceed quotas.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate staff schedules, manage inventory/stock, and oversee in-store merchandising to maximize sales.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and assist in closing complex sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a sales representative, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
