Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote the company's LCD display products to customers in the mobile phone and electronics industry.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
• Support and coach team members to improve sales performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the mobile phone industry, with a strong understanding of smartphone sales channels or supply chain.
• Previous experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a sales leadership role is preferred.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and business partners.
