Responsible for driving sales growth in the hospital channel, maintaining strong customer relationships, and educating and coaching sales representatives.
Responsibilities
Develop strong customer relationships to a point where he/she is viewed as a trusted advisor for wound care
Proficient in Coloplast's sales process to be able to meet customer needs and handle drawbacks, misunderstandings, skepticism, and indifference
Be highly conversant with Coloplast and competitor products
Develop account plans for assigned territory to provide clarity on how he/she will gain and defend business
Maintain a call cycle which optimises time with customers
Keep up-to-date records of customer contact in CRM
Participate in industry and company events which help promote Coloplast
Be able to support clinicians to achieve optimal patient outcomes which may at times involve supporting patients in their homes
Support the broader Singapore team to develop strategies and implement in-market activities which support the business growth
Educate and coach the sales team for partnership selling and selling skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related fields
7 years of sales experience with experience in the medical field
Sales training and coaching experience required
Willing to take on challenges and be results oriented
Able to visualise the future state of the business and the steps required to reach its maximum potential
Highly self-motivated, hardworking, independent, results-oriented, good analytical mind, and able to work under pressure
Effective presentation & computer skills
Strong command of English
