Job Description

Responsible for driving sales growth in the hospital channel, maintaining strong customer relationships, and educating and coaching sales representatives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop strong customer relationships to a point where he/she is viewed as a trusted advisor for wound care

  • Proficient in Coloplast's sales process to be able to meet customer needs and handle drawbacks, misunderstandings, skepticism, and indifference

  • Be highly conversant with Coloplast and competitor products

  • Develop account plans for assigned territory to provide clarity on how he/she will gain and defend business

  • Maintain a call cycle which optimises time with customers

  • Keep up-to-date records of customer contact in CRM

  • Participate in industry and company events which help promote Coloplast

  • Be able to support clinicians to achieve optimal patient outcomes which may at times involve supporting patients in their homes

  • Support the broader Singapore team to develop strategies and implement in-market activities which support the business growth

  • Educate and coach the sales team for partnership selling and selling skills


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related fields

  • 7 years of sales experience with experience in the medical field

  • Sales training and coaching experience required

  • Willing to take on challenges and be results oriented

  • Able to visualise the future state of the business and the steps required to reach its maximum potential

  • Highly self-motivated, hardworking, independent, results-oriented, good analytical mind, and able to work under pressure

  • Effective presentation & computer skills

  • Strong command of English
