Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• To supervise and provide guidance to a team of van sales drivers on distribution coverage, customer service and product display at store outlets
• To ensure optimal product loading at store level to maximise sales and minimize out-of-stock as well as market returns
• Monitor sales team's performance and motivate them to achieve sales target
• To ensure that van sales are deployed in an efficient manner to achieve timely delivery
• To manage all delivery routes and ensure all routes are always covered to minimize operational disruption when van sales drivers are on leave
• To perform backup delivery support (night shift) as and when required
• Other adhoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• GCE O Level/Diploma or other WSQ certificates
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar supervisory role
• Possess Class 3 driving licence with box truck driving experience
• Physical fit and able to carry trays of bread
• 5.5 working days
• Possess good interpersonal, service oriented, communication, supervisory skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
