Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Management: Develop and implement regional or product line sales plans to ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Team Management: Build, train, guide and motivate the sales team, enhancing their business skills and team cohesion.

Customer Maintenance and Development: Establish customer files, maintain key customer relationships, and actively explore new channels and customer networks.

Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor information and customer needs, and assess the sales potential of products.

Operational Monitoring: Monitor sales data, control sales expenses, and analyze sales deviations.
