Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, offering the flexibility of occasional remote work. As a Sales Specialist at TDK-Lambda Americas, you will engage with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The role involves building strong client relationships, guiding them through the sales process, and delivering training and support as needed. You will also collaborate with internal teams to manage sales operations and contribute to achieving company targets and growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Capability in Training and guiding customers to ensure successful adoption of products and solutions.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Analytical mindset for identifying opportunities and creating strategies to drive growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the power conversion industry or related fields is an advantage.
