Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Singapore. The BD will be responsible or building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, conducting market research, providing solutions tailored to client needs, maintaining high standards of customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve targets. The role may also involve delivering training sessions and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure their satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to develop strategies, achieve targets, and close deals
  • Experience in Training and mentoring peers or team members to enhance overall performance
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to meet business objectives
  • Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or related sectors is an advantage
  • Proactivity, organizational abilities, and a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Businy, or a related field preferred
