Job Description

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Sales Specialist for a 12 months extendable contract role, This is a high-ownership, front-line revenue role. You will build pipeline, directly engage SME owners and senior decision-makers, and convert qualified prospects into enrolled participants.

What Will You Do:

  • Proactively generate new leads through outbound outreach (cold calls, targeted emails, meetings, roadshows, and ecosystem channels) and convert qualified inbound leads
  • Build, manage, and continuously replenish a qualified sales pipeline aligned to enrolment targets
  • Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, objection handling, closing, and confirmed enrolment
  • Meet and exceed defined sales and conversion targets
  • Maintain disciplined CRM tracking, pipeline forecasting and reporting
  • Develop relationships with technology partners, industry associations, SME networks, and ecosystem stakeholders

What Will You Need:

  • 510+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Hunting and building both outbound and inbound pipelines
  • Engaging SME founders and C-suite leaders with credibility
  • Managing consultative, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles
  • Positioning complex digital/AI programmes in outcome-focused language
  • Operating in KPI-driven, target-based environments
  • Experience selling digital, data, technology, SaaS, AI, SME training/upskilling or transformation-related solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CEOs, founders, and C-suite leaders from mid- to large-sized SMEs in Singapore
  • Strong executive presence with proven consultative selling and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets
