Salt Talent Search is looking for a Sales Specialist for a 12 months extendable contract role, This is a high-ownership, front-line revenue role. You will build pipeline, directly engage SME owners and senior decision-makers, and convert qualified prospects into enrolled participants.
What Will You Do:
- Proactively generate new leads through outbound outreach (cold calls, targeted emails, meetings, roadshows, and ecosystem channels) and convert qualified inbound leads
- Build, manage, and continuously replenish a qualified sales pipeline aligned to enrolment targets
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, objection handling, closing, and confirmed enrolment
- Meet and exceed defined sales and conversion targets
- Maintain disciplined CRM tracking, pipeline forecasting and reporting
- Develop relationships with technology partners, industry associations, SME networks, and ecosystem stakeholders
What Will You Need:
- 510+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Hunting and building both outbound and inbound pipelines
- Engaging SME founders and C-suite leaders with credibility
- Managing consultative, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles
- Positioning complex digital/AI programmes in outcome-focused language
- Operating in KPI-driven, target-based environments
- Experience selling digital, data, technology, SaaS, AI, SME training/upskilling or transformation-related solutions
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CEOs, founders, and C-suite leaders from mid- to large-sized SMEs in Singapore
- Strong executive presence with proven consultative selling and stakeholder management capabilities
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets
